LECURVE's payment policy further enhances our commitment to keeping your information private and secure.
LECURVE handles all payments, credits and/or refunds through PayPal's Secure Online Payment System.
You can pay for your orders securely using your Credit Card or PayPal Balance.
This is the same payment method used by millions of buyers and sellers on eBay every day. If you
have bought or sold on eBay then you have used PayPal's Secure Online Payment System.
All payments and prices are in US Dollars (USD$).

Return Policy
|
|
|
LECURVE will accept returns or refunds or exchange if within 10 days of delivery unless the product falls under
health regulations.
Health Regulations prohibits the return or exchange of intimate apparel; including but not limited to thongs,
bikinis, lingerie, swimwear, intimate costumes, or any other garment of that nature.
All products returned must be unlaundred, unworn, resalable condition and accompanied by original receipts with all tags on the merchandise.
In order to get authorization for return, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning the product. Returns without RMA#'s will be refused.
For exchanges and/or returns LECURVE charges a 20% or $5.00 minimum restocking fee per order. Shipping charges
are not refundable - Shipping will be added to any Exchange.
LECURVE will credit your account or send you a check for the amount of the merchandise only, minus a 20% or $5.00 minimum restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

|
LECURVE uses FedEx, UPS or XPressPost for shipments in North Armerica. International orders are shipped via XPressPost International.
All orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Shipments in North Armerica typically take from 4 to 7 busness days to arrive depending on your location.
International orders typically take from 7 to 14 business days. These estimates will vary especially during holiday season.
Please remember that shipments will be left at your doorstep if you are not home. If you feel that your neighborhood or apartment complex is unsafe, or if
you've had problems with packages in the past, please have the package shipped to an address where someone will be able to receive it.
LECURVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" when tracked via the delivery confirmation number.

Special Orders

LECURVE will accept volume or wholesale orders and issue discounts accordingly.
We will customize your order to suit your request.
If you simply want to save on shipping and can wait an additional 2 to 3 business days. Or you need it delivered overnight or next day.
Then contact customer service and LECURVE will adjust your order.
Orders must be at $100 USD minimum to qualify.

Sales Taxes and Customs Fees
|

Ontario residents will have federal and provincial sales tax charged on their order: 6% GST and 8% PST
Other Canadian residents will have federal sales tax charged on their order: 6% GST
US residents pay NO sales tax.
US and Canadian residents pay NO customs fees.
International Customers may have to pay customs fees.
Many countries charge Customs fees or duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Unfortunately, these duties
differ from country to country so we have no way of determining what they might be or if you will be charged an
extra fee at all.
Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that
you contact your local customs office for information on what these charges might be.
By law, we must declare the package type (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each shipment accurately.
It is a criminal offence to make a false Customs declaration.
